And what a week it was!!

Congratulations to Team Ontario on your win and to now becoming Team Canada! 

We look forward to seeing you wearing the red and white in Manitoba!

 

As we draw to a close of this great week, we have witnessed some great curling, I would say that this years field was one of the toughest ones we have had in a while. 

 

I would like to thank to the organizers, volunteers, and sponsors who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible. To the Whitby curling club and it’s volunteers, thank you for welcoming this crazy bunch into your club, to the Officials, Bob and Joan, thank you for dedicating your time to be with us a, ll week.  Without you this event would not have been possible.

 

To the sponsors, at both the local level and national level, thank you for your contributions to our event, it is truly appreciated.  

 

To Shelley, Ryan and Steve, thank you for all your hard work ensuring that this event went off without a hitch, and for the time required to make that happen.  Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for all that you have done.

 

As we bid farewell to the 2024 Canadian Championship, let us carry forward the memories,  the new friendships we have created and to the old ones we have renewed.  Let us look forward to seeing each other again in the near future in Winnipeg. 

 

As we head home to all corners of our country, please remember to watch out for one another, check in on each other and to ask for help if it’s needed.
